Refugio Monduver is a detached and securely enclosed 4 bedroom house.  With central heating throughout it´s equipped for year-round use.  With the exception of the master suite, all rooms are on the same level.  Ideal for couples, families and groups of up to 8 people, the accommodation comprises…

 

 

 

Terrace

Accessed by the front stairs, the covered terrace provides ideal seating space for al fresco dining and enjoys views across the valley to the mountains and forests of La Drova.

 

 

Living / Dining Room

With sturdy, rustic furniture throughout, the living / dining room is cosy yet spacious and provides a comfortable space in which to relax.  As well as a good selection of books and information on local attractions, there´s a TV, DVD player and hi-fi system.

 

 

For the winter months, and especially attractive for Christmas breaks, there´s an open wood-burning fire.

Kitchen

Accessed via the living room is the fully equipped kitchen.  Appliances include oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave.  Off the kitchen is another covered terrace where there´s a dishwasher, washing machine, barbeque and additional freezer, ideal for longer stays.

 

 

Bedroom 1

A double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and beautiful mountain views.

 

Bedroom 2 Offering flexibility, the second bedroom has a convertible bed to allow the room to used as a single or a twin. Also with built-in wardrobes.	Bedroom 3 When not used as a bedroom, can also make an excellent storage room for outdoor equipment etc. There is a double sofa-bed and built-in wardrobes. Gives access to the master suite.

 

The Master Suite

Occupying the entire top floor is the impressive master suite.  With an en-suite bathroom (with toilet, hand basin and shower) and its own large open terrace it provides complete privacy and a beautiful space from which to take in the spectacular views of the surrounding peaks and forest.

 

House Bathroom The house bathroom suite comprises toilet, bidet, hand basin and bath with shower.	Cloakroom Also on the ground floor is a separate toilet with hand basin.
